Introduction

Both, ideologically motivated intentional adulteration and economically motivated intentional adulteration make the food injurious to health and lead food businesses and organizations to more uncertainties. Food Safety Management Systems, based on ISO 22200 and FSSC 22000 facilitate food business to have more confidence to their customers by practicing rigorous food safety programmes incooperated with Food Defence and Food Fraud related control measures. Learns will be able to acquire more knowledge to understand, establish and implement programmes for Food Defence and Food Fraud in their organization's FSMS
